Orders may be faxed to 1-408-848-5784. Please provide shipping street address (we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes), a daytime phone number and billing information.
Payment
Duel Systems accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Duel Systems is not responsible for any import taxes, duties or custom brokerage fees, when shipping outside of the United States.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is available from FedEx 24 hours after your order ships.
Order Cancellation
Orders for in-stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, therefore, in-stock items cannot be canceled. To request cancellation of backordered items please contact customer service at:

Refusals
Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or in the event continual delivery attempts fail, will be returned to Duel Systems Online Store and credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for a credit to be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to make immediate and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment in the event of a failed delivery.
Returns
Duel System extends a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from an authorized reseller or from the Duel Systems Online Store. A $10.00 restocking fee will be charged for products with opened packaging, whether or not the product has been used.

Request a Return
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be obtained from a customer service representative by calling 1-888-765-0347 (English only) for US and Canada. International customers may call 1-408-848-3832. Requests may be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please have dated proof of purchase from an authorized reseller or from the Duel Systems online store available, along with the product serial number (from sticker on the package).
Write Your RMA Number on Your Return
Once you have received your RMA number, please write it clearly on the outside of the package to be returned. All products must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging. If your product was shipped in a standard carton, please be sure to return using the same or similar packaging. When using the original carton, please ensure that previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely.
Ship the Product Back to Us
We advise that you ship the product back to us via UPS or FedEx to ensure proper delivery. Duel Systems Online Store will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our center or without a Proof of Delivery signature. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a lost shipment until a credit has been issued.
Receive Your Refund
Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only.
Warranty Returns
Duel Systems offers a 1 year limited warranty on defective products. You may review the terms of the warranty here.

Verify Your Warranty Claim
Contact Duel Systems technical support to verify the product failure and issue a return authorization number (RMA). Please have dated proof of purchase from an authorized reseller or from the Duel Systems online store available, along with the product serial number from the product label.
Receive Replacement Product
Once the RMA has been issued, the replacement product will be shipped to you within 24 hours. Return Defective Product A pre-addressed return shipping label will be included with the replacement product. Please return the defective product within thirty days of receipt of the replacement product. Product must be shipped in an appropriate shipping box using the return label.
